MELT: With an array of furnaces, including 6 Thermtronix electronic holding furnaces totaling 14,800 lbs alongside two gas tilting furnaces supporting 4,500 lbs an hour melt rate with 12,000 lbs liquid available to transfer.
MOLD: TWO NEW DISA MATCH molding machines, 16×20 & 20×24, to adeptly handle medium to large-scale projects. These machines, with their precise green-sand matchplate system, facilitate swift pattern changes and cost-efficiency.
FINISH: Cleaning with various grinding equipment, including CNC finishing, to remove excess material and provide a final uniform surface finish with tumble blasting.
