CNC Machining

Our facility employs Haas CNC machines, including the VF8, VM6, and VM-3 vertical CNC machines, to deliver unparalleled precision and consistency in our pattern machining. Our expanded capabilities include CNC grinding and finishing, ensuring that every aspect of a design, from fine-tuning to achieving the desired texture, meets your exact specifications.

Cores

Cores are essential for creating internal cavities and complex external forms in castings. Our expertise ensures that cores are perfectly designed and positioned, producing the perfect internal architecture for every casting. With the integration of automatic robotic pouring, we provide precision and efficiency.

CLEANING

Quality casting demands a superior finish. After casting, each component undergoes a thorough cleaning process to remove excess material and achieve a uniform finish. Our advanced cleaning equipment includes the Wheelebrator 6 cu. ft. tumble blast, 2 Pangborn Rotoblasters, and 4 G&P Machinery dual belt grinding stations, all of which play a vital role in ensuring a superior finish. We strive to produce castings free of impurities, with a uniform finish and meet our customers’ quality benchmarks.
