Our melt department is proudly powered by an array of state-of-the-art furnaces. With 6 Thermtronix electric holding furnaces totaling 14,800 lbs. capacity, alongside two gas tilting furnaces supporting 4,500 lbs. an hour melt rate, with 12,000 lbs. liquid available to transfer, we have the flexibility and capability to handle projects of any scale. The Dynamo Tilting Stackmelter GM-F-8800C rounds out our melt machines with its continuous melting process. Its tilting mechanism ensures precise control in pouring molten metal, enhancing safety and productivity in our foundry operations.
In addition to our furnaces, we have an in-house Spectrometer for precise metal analysis. This allows us to ensure the chemical composition of our melts is exactly as required, further enhancing the quality and consistency of our final product.
